Pukka Websites reports that they have been waiting over a month for BookABach.co.nz to fix a minor technical issue on their website which is adversely affecting Pukka Websites’ client’s homestay business and its listing on Book A Bach. (https://pukkawebsites.com/book-a-bach-support-failing/). This doesn’t speak well for Book A Bach’s customer care. 🙁
